Well Placed Events have been working for Volvo Penta UK for the past 7 years on their annual UK Dealer Conference. As a professional event planning company, We have successfully planned and executed exciting and inspiring events that meet the brief and requirements of Volvo Penta. Recently our corporate events management service have seen us manage events in Marakesh, Gran Canaria, Madeira & Newcastle for Volvo Penta.

In 2009 the client wanted to use the National Space Centre for the annual awards dinner so we put together a programme to incorporate this whilst staying at the Marriott Hotel, Leicester which was sourced during the conference venue search undertaken by the team.

Day 1

Delegates arrive early evening for dinner
Group check in and baggage drops were organised

The UK corporate events team at Well Placed Events were on site during the whole 3 days to ensure all the event planning went smoothly. Prior to the event the team negotiated good rates at both venues, dealt with rooming lists, organised coach hire, photographers, AV technicians and accompanied the client on site visits to ensure everyone was happy. They also provided advice on menus, theming ideas and the small details that made the event memorable.

The Marriott Hotel Leicester & The National Space Centre did a fantastic job as well ensuring that all delegates had a great experience.
